REAT
Registered Expressive Arts Therapist
You got the degree, you’re getting the work experience, and now you’re wondering where is the community? How do I offer expressive arts within the parameters of my work setting? This is a great time to for us to connect! We will dive into how you utilize a multi-modal lens to meet client needs and create a dynamic practice.
I can bring underutilized modalities into focus and build your connection to the unique form of listening an expressive arts therapist is trained to provide. I can offer guidance around how to adapt and when to advocate as you bring expressive arts to your work setting. We’ll set a regular cadence of appts during the 2 year period accruing clinical experience and I can help you navigate your participation with IEATA (International Expressive Arts Therapy Association). As a former IEATA Regional Coordinator I promise the world of Expressive Arts is big!
